Lets start at the beginning – Age Of The Gods Glorious Griffin looks like it could be a big game. It has more reels, more reel positions and more win lines than a standard Age of The Gods online slot, but if you strip all that away, what’s the actual game like?
Sadly, it feels like it’s all fart, no poop. Sure, it looks great, but the features can actually leave you with no wins and that’s a pretty poor thing for any online slot. After all, apart from Bonus Rounds, what really differentiates one online slot from another?
So, diving in to the game, the first thing that you need to do is choose how much you want to spend per spin. This is easily don by toggling the buttons either side of the “Total Bet” section at the bottom on the playing screen. Although there are 4096 win lines, your total Play Stake is actually only divided by 40 – yeah I’m not quite sure how that works either.
Just to expand on that, if you are playing an online slot game with 20 win lines then your total play stake is divided up equally – if you are spending £2 per spin, then each of those 20 win lines is worth 10p each. Any wins that you get on a win line are therefore multiplied by your line stake (the 10p) and you can easily understand how much you have won.
