Its not often I get to use the word “Chasm” when writing, so its a nice change from writing about, oh I dunno, Leprechauns and the lke. Having said that Chasm Of Fear does sound like I’m writing about an old Scooby Doo episode.
I’m not of course. I’m writing about this 5 reel online slot that has 1024 winlines in its normal mode and a massive 3456 winlines in Free Spins mode. There are also 4 different Wild symbols and a couple of scatter features.
As with any online slot you start by choosing your play stake and then press the big green Spin button to get going. There are the usual mix of High and Low Value win symbols that will spin in but what you are really looking for are the two different Scatter Features.

As mentioned above there are FOUR different Wild symbols. They only appear of Reels 2,3 and 4 and to be fair they do come in quite often allowing for decent size wins.
There they are. As you can see the Wilds can give up to a 3x Win Multiplier, which is always good. I find it slightly unusual that there are so many Wild Symbols especially when 2 of them just give the standard 1x Multiplier. Maybe the Octopus does something different. I couldnt see that it did anything different when I was play testing the game. All the Wild symbols substitute for any of the other reel symbols in the game apart from the Giant/Ogre symbol.
And here he is. This Scatter symbol only appears on Reel 5 but depending on where he lands on that reel will determine what the outcome is. If he lands on position 2 of the reel then you’ll get a Respin. However if he lands on position 3 or 4 then you will trigger the Free Games feature.
When the Free Games feature is activated the board will expand by adding another two positions above reels 2,3 and 4. This increases the winlines to a massive 3456. Whilst the Free Spins are active the Scatter symbol can still appear. This time if it lands on position 3 of reel 5 you will get another 3 Free Spins and if it lands on position 4 you’ll get another 6 spins. When all the Free Spins are used up then its the end of the round. The board will reset to its usual 5 reel position and you go again.

As with all Kingdoms Rise online slots there are a combination of High Value and Low Value reel symbols.
So the Dragon is the most valuable reel symbol paying up to 50x your play stake. This can lead to some quite lucrative wins in the Free Spins round when the board is expanded – especially if you spin in a few Wild symbols at the same time.
And these are the low value reel symbols. I mean they’re better than not getting anything at all but you wont win big even if you spin in 5 of these bad boys.
